Welcome to Relecca, a CRM and operational platform provided by Relecca Technologies AS (\"we\", \"us\", \"our\"). By accessing or using our website, platform services, or customer modules, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts and Billing
During signup, organizations can select an appropriate subscription tier. Subscription fees are calculated per-seat on monthly or annual billing cycles. Payment obligations are non-refundable. Each user must keep login credentials secure. Two-factor authentication (OTP) is highly recommended for administrator accounts.
3. Data Privacy and Logical Isolation
Your customer database, contacts, lead entries, and uploaded files are protected by tenant logic data isolation. Users from one organization cannot access another organization's data. We maintain secure infrastructure in compliance with European data standards.
4. AI-Powered Feedback and Sentiment Analysis
Relecca provides AI-powered sentiment analysis for post-deal feedback logs. We make no warranty that the AI-extracted conclusions, automated task generation, or event scheduling satisfy specific regulatory requirements or compliance mandates. Users should verify all outcomes independently.
