Frequently Answered Questions
Find detailed information about Relecca workspaces, security configurations, AI post-deal feedback, and localized systems.
General Information
What makes Relecca different from traditional CRM systems?
Traditional CRMs behave like static contact directories. Relecca acts as a unified operating system, bringing customer profiles, visual pipelines, tasks, events, time tracking, and AI-powered post-deal feedback loops into a single visual workspace where metrics update dynamically.
Does Relecca support multi-language workspaces?
Yes. Relecca supports full localization including Norwegian language interfaces (Norsk) and English (en) toggles. Interface labels, buttons, tooltips, and system notifications translate instantly.
Product Features
How does the AI post-deal feedback and sentiment system work?
Once a deal status is changed to Won or Lost, Relecca prompts the user to submit customer feedback. The integrated AI analyzes the feedback sentiment in real-time. If negative sentiment is flagged, Relecca automatically schedules a mitigation review in the team calendar and queues follow-up tasks in the backlog.
Can we track client and project working hours?
Yes. Relecca has built-in time sheets. Users can log time directly against customer profiles, specific sales opportunities, or task cards, creating searchable audit reports for billing or payroll.
Is there an import wizard to map existing database sheets?
Yes. The guided import wizard lets you upload CSV or XLSX sheets, align column headings to standard CRM fields, run duplicates validations, and map records safely.
Security & Pricing
How is client data secured across organizations?
Relecca is a multi-tenant system with complete data isolation. Users from one tenant cannot access another tenant's files or records. We also support two-factor OTP logins, password policies, and token session expirations.
Are roles and permissions customizable?
Yes. Admins can assign user roles (Admin, Manager, Representative) and configure specific view, create, edit, or delete capabilities across modules. The UI automatically adapts, locking unauthorized options.
