Relecca uses strict multi-tenant logical data isolation. All business accounts, contact profiles, email sync records, files, and activity logs belong exclusively to your workspace tenant and cannot be accessed, shared, or leaked to other subscribers.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you enter directly (such as names, organization names, email addresses, and phone numbers during invite or lead form submissions) and metadata from synced accounts (Gmail or Outlook OAuth sessions, uploaded file names and sizes).
3. OAuth Scopes and Gmail Integration
When users integrate Gmail or Outlook accounts, we request authorization scopes to retrieve message history. This data is only used to populate customer details and is never sold, analyzed for advertisements, or processed outside active relationship tracking.
4. Contact and GDPR Rights
